The client is a leading provider of infrastructure solutions in USA. Having executed thousands of projects over 70 years, they were looking to aggregate all unstructured and structured datasets to optimize manufacturing, supply-chain, sales forecasts and operational decisions using BI and Visualization technologies.

The solution was to have a common implementation-to-maintenance partner to build a self-service BI Reporting solution. It also required re-defining 20+ workflows that integrated disparate applications to the central BI and Reporting system. With existing systems based on Microsoft solutions, the client preferred Microsoft BI over other platforms.

Within six months, the BI and Reporting solution integrated legacy data from 7 heterogenous systems. Business users are now empowered to generate custom reports with interactive dashboards, to take informed, data-driven decisions.
