Founder & CEO
As founder & CEO of eInfochips, Pratul has steered eInfochips from its humble beginnings in 1994 to a top-notch Product and Semiconductor Engineering Services Company today.
For 10 years, Pratul worked for Intel and Daisy Systems in the USA. At Intel, he was a part of the 80186 processor design team, and was one of the founding engineers at Daisy Systems.
Pratul holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani (India) and a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from Cornell, USA. He has also earned an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad (India).
Pratul believes in giving back to the society. He is a trustee at Calorx Foundation, a trust that contributes to the educational sector for the local ecosystem in Gujarat, India. In 2011, he founded Dr. K.R Shroff foundation and initiated Project VIKAS, a program to uplift the teaching standards in rural schools (impacted 100+ schools and 10,000+ students). He also contributes to initiatives like Visamo Kids (a foster home for ~100 underprivileged children) and Yuva Unstoppable (Computer education to 100+ rural schools).
Pratul was awarded the ‘Outstanding IT Entrepreneur of the Year by Mr. N. R. Narayana Murthy, (Chairman, Infosys) by Ahmedabad Management Association (AMA) in 2004. Electronics maker magazine honored him with “Man of Innovation Award – 2016”.
Chief Operating Officer
Raj is the Chief Operating Officer of eInfochips.
Raj has over 25 years of experience in product development outsourcing, information technology and business process outsourcing industry. He has demonstrable organizational skills in putting together customer-focused teams of high calibre achievers who have delivered remarkable performances.
He, in the past, had held executive positions in organizations such as Persistent Systems and HCL Technologies.
As the President and CEO of HCL Technologies America Inc., Raj was responsible for P&L of US operations of the engineering & IT outsourcing business and the worldwide BPO revenue. While in HCL Technologies America, Raj provided operation leadership in integrating acquisitions for HCL Technologies. Raj also served as a Director on the Board of 4 HCL companies. Prior to joining HCL’s U.S. operations, Raj initiated the concept of verticals at HCL, by creating focused industry groups within HCL’s Indian operations. As President of Persistent Systems he helped to grow the organization from $45 mm to $105 mm in 24 months.
Raj is a Business Graduate from Delhi University, and has also completed an Advanced Management Program from the Harvard University.
Chief Financial Officer
As the CFO of eInfochips, Sumit has been managing the financial planning, treasury, legal affairs, commercial operations, taxation, accounting, employee benefits, compliances and internal controls for the whole group. Sumit has deep operational insights in the software business and contributes on that front as well.
Under his leadership, the finance team has expanded the functional horizons significantly. He has aligned all the commercial processes and reporting requirements with a clear goal of excellent business support.
Prior to joining eInfochips, Sumit has worked in the telecom and media sectors and was associated with Vodafone and Mudra.
Sumit holds Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Gujarat University and has studied CA with ICAI, India and CS with ICSI, India.
In his leisure time, Sumit loves to read and is a regular volleyball player.
Executive Vice President, Sales
As the Executive Vice President, Sribash is responsible for sales and operations in North America. Sribash joined eInfochips in early 2004 and has been instrumental in guiding the growth of the company.
Sribash brings over 30 years of experience in the information technology industry with primary emphasis on sales, business development and operations management. Prior to joining eInfochips, Sribash was the President of Net Brahma Technologies, a start-up founded with venture capital from JP Morgan and worked with industry leaders like HCL-Hewlett Packard and HCL.
Sribash holds a Bachelor Degree in Chemical Technology from LIT, Nagpur University.
Sribash was a part of the team that introduced engineering works stations in India in the late 1980’s.
Travelling and listening to soulful Indian music are his pleasure-time likes.
Sr. Vice President, Sales & Client Services
As Sr. Vice President for Sales & Client Services, Sri heads Sales and Strategic Client relationships for eInfochips. He is responsible for driving new sales and deliver profitable new business for the company.
With over 18 years of experience spanning Sales, Account Management and strategic vertical Industry solutions in Product Engineering Services, Sri brings a broad spectrum of expertise to solve pressing challenges for product companies across industries.
Prior to eInfochips, Sri spent 10+ years working for IGATE Corporation (A part of Capgemini) in various capacities of Sales, Account Management & Vertical Leadership. He was one of the key members to establish IGATE as a leading service provider in the Product Engineering space & actively involved in driving IGATE into the leadership zone in the Industrial Automation space, an industry portfolio that he led for over 4 years. Prior to his association with IGATE, Sri spent 5 years with Mphasis Corporation (A HP Company), wherein he was instrumental in setting up the Product Engineering business in the western region of USA and managing key clients in the Medical Devices & the Pharma sector. Sri has also spent considerable time in various capacities with companies like Computer Associates & Tata Elxsi.
Sri holds a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University and a Diploma in Business from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
Sri is an ardent fan of cinema (more so Bollywood) in his spare time and loves watching, analyzing & discussing them.
Chief Business Development Officer
As a Chief Business Development Officer, Parag has global responsibility for business development, strategic partnerships and sales through partners and indirect channels.
Parag brings 25+ years of experience and an unique 360° global experience in product marketing and management, business development, strategic partnerships, global R&D (with P&L responsibility) roles as an entrepreneur and a professional, in, Fortune 500 multi-million dollar companies to self-funded start-ups.
Parag has been instrumental in setting up eInfochips’ marketing and demand generation engine.
Prior to joining eInfochips, Parag was at QLogic Corporation in product marketing & product management.At QLogic, Parag played a pivotal role of initiating global product development, starting with vendor selection and establishing processes for managing distributed teams and establishing and managing the captive design centre in India. Prior to QLogic, Parag has been an entrepreneur and founder of multiple starts-ups.
Parag’s credentials include an Executive Management Program from Anderson School of Business, University of California, Los Angeles, a Masters in Computer Science from University of Louisiana, Lafayette (USA) and Bachelors in Computer Science from McNeese State University, Lake Charles (USA).
Parag was on the executive council of India Electronics and Semiconductor Association (IESA) 2010-2012.
Parag is a regular golfer and loves to hike.
Shashank Waman Khare
Chief Technology Officer
Being the CTO of eInfochips, Shashank spearheads the technological initiatives, along with exploring challenges and opportunities for the company. He has varied experience on several processors and emerging technologies to meet the challenges of current scenarios.
Earlier, he worked with Thermax Pvt Ltd as an Associate Manager for the Automation Division. He has deep expertise in control system designing, BIOS and SCADA systems.
Shashank holds a Masters in System and Control Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai.
Shashank loves reading, plays bridge and enjoys listening to classical music.
Vice President and General Manager, ASIC Division
Saurabh is the Vice President and General Manager of the ASIC division at eInfochips. With over 25 years of experience in ASIC Design, Saurabh currently leads a team of more than 400 engineers who deliver design services to global clients in the semiconductor industry.
Prior to joining us, Saurabh was the R&D Head at the Networking Solutions Division and Cellular Products Division at Freescale Semiconductor (India). Saurabh also has extensive experience in microcontrollers and held leadership positions at Motorola, Inc. (USA).
Saurabh has a M.S. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the California State University and holds a M.B.A. from St. Edwards University, Austin, USA.
Vice President, Corporate Affairs
Sudhir is a founder member of eInfochips and currently is the Vice President, Corporate Affairs. He has been associated with the company for more than a decade and brings a strong work-experience in automation and power electronics.
He has also been a founder member of Hi-Rel Electronics. Prior to joining us, Sudhir was heading the Sales and Marketing at Hi-Rel Electronics.
Sudhir holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics and Electronics, from M.S. University, Baroda. Sudhir is also a council member of GESIA, Indo-American Chamber of Commerce. He also associates with diverse NGOs.
Associate Vice President – Marketing
As Associate Vice President for Marketing, Abhishek heads the marketing organization at eInfochips. He is responsible for the product management, corporate marketing and business development functions across the company.
Abhishek has 16 years of experience in senior product management and global business development roles with both Fortune 500 companies like Qualcomm, Broadcom and SanDisk, as well as with high tech start-ups. He was responsible for defining and launching Broadcom’s 3G baseband solutions globally, as well as leading the business development activity for the entire wireless product portfolio in the North American market. Prior to Broadcom, Abhishek spent 3 years at Qualcomm in both engineering and technical account management roles, and built and drove the Apple engagement. Through his career, he has been responsible for growing existing market share as well as driving new business in the mobile, wireless connectivity, connected home, touch controllers, nano-technology and telecom middleware verticals. Prior to joining eInfochips, he was India country head for WSO2.Telco where he spearheaded the launch of a revolutionary digital services offering with all major telcos.
Abhishek has an MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management and an MS in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University. He did his Bachelor’s in Electronics and Communications engineering from Nirma Institute of Technology in Ahmedabad.
Abhishek is an avid sports enthusiast and regularly plays tennis and badminton. He is a big fan of the NFL and the San Diego Chargers.
