Chief Operations Officer
As the COO of eInfochips, Sumit accelerates eInfochips’ engineering and operational capabilities to deliver a world class customer experience. Sumit joined eInfochips 13 years ago and has deep operational insights into the eInfochips business. Sumit is always hands on, gets into details, and resolves issues by creating innovative solutions.
Prior to this role, Sumit was the CFO of the whole group. As the CFO, Sumit managed the financial planning, treasury, legal affairs, commercial operations, taxation, accounting, employee benefits, compliances and internal controls. Under his leadership, the finance team has expanded the functional horizons significantly. He has aligned all the commercial processes and reporting requirements with a clear goal of excellent business support.
Prior to joining eInfochips, Sumit has worked in the telecom and media sectors and was associated with Vodafone and Mudra.
Sumit holds Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Gujarat University and has studied CA with ICAI, India and CS with ICSI, India.
In his leisure time, Sumit loves to read and is a regular volleyball player.
Chief Business Development Officer
As a Chief Business Development Officer, Parag has global responsibility for business development, strategic partnerships and sales through partners and indirect channels.
Parag brings 25+ years of experience and an unique 360° global experience in product marketing and management, business development, strategic partnerships, global R&D (with P&L responsibility) roles as an entrepreneur and a professional, in, Fortune 500 multi-million dollar companies to self-funded start-ups.
Parag has been instrumental in setting up eInfochips’ marketing and demand generation engine.
Prior to joining eInfochips, Parag was at QLogic Corporation in product marketing & product management.At QLogic, Parag played a pivotal role of initiating global product development, starting with vendor selection and establishing processes for managing distributed teams and establishing and managing the captive design centre in India. Prior to QLogic, Parag has been an entrepreneur and founder of multiple starts-ups.
Parag’s credentials include an Executive Management Program from Anderson School of Business, University of California, Los Angeles, a Masters in Computer Science from University of Louisiana, Lafayette (USA) and Bachelors in Computer Science from McNeese State University, Lake Charles (USA).
Parag was on the executive council of India Electronics and Semiconductor Association (IESA) 2010-2012.
Parag is a regular golfer and loves to hike.
Vice President and General Manager, ASIC Division
Saurabh is the Vice President and General Manager of the ASIC division at eInfochips. With over 25 years of experience in ASIC Design, Saurabh currently leads a team of more than 400 engineers who deliver design services to global clients in the semiconductor industry.
Prior to joining us, Saurabh was the R&D Head at the Networking Solutions Division and Cellular Products Division at Freescale Semiconductor (India). Saurabh also has extensive experience in microcontrollers and held leadership positions at Motorola, Inc. (USA).
Saurabh has a M.S. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the California State University and holds a M.B.A. from St. Edwards University, Austin, USA.
Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs
Sudhir is a founder member of eInfochips and currently is the Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs. He has been associated with the company for more than a decade and brings a strong work-experience in automation and power electronics.
He has also been a founder member of Hi-Rel Electronics. Prior to joining us, Sudhir was heading the Sales and Marketing at Hi-Rel Electronics.
Sudhir holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics and Electronics, from M.S. University, Baroda. Sudhir is also a council member of GESIA, Indo-American Chamber of Commerce. He also associates with diverse NGOs.
Vice President and General Manager – Product Engineering Services (PES)
Gaurav is the Vice President and General Manager of the Product Engineering Services (PES) group at eInfochips. With over 20 years of experience in Product Engineering services, Gaurav is responsible for expanding the capabilities of eInfochips in the product development space, including services, solutions, IPs, and frameworks for device, digital, and quality engineering.
Prior to eInfochips, Gaurav worked at the Institute for Plasma research for over 12 years as a part of core R&D team and led the teams in many data acquisition and control system experiments. In his earlier stint at eInfochips, he worked on enabling multiple solutions on the Texas Instruments DaVinci processor and developed several Video IPs for the company.
Gaurav has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Sardar Patel University, V. V. Nagar, Gujarat.
Gaurav has published multiple research papers on data acquisition and control system on various journals like American Institute of Physics and IEEE
Associate Vice President – Marketing
As Associate Vice President for Marketing, Bharath heads the marketing organization at eInfochips. He is responsible for the product/practice marketing, corporate marketing and demand generation functions across eInfochips.
Bharath is a seasoned marketing professional with 12 years of experience in planning and executing go-to-market strategies on a global scale. Prior to joining eInfochips, Bharath was the director of marketing at Zenoti, a VC funded B2B SaaS start-up. At Zenoti, Bharath played a pivotal role in improving Zenoti’s online presence and increasing inbound lead funnel.
Bharath has an MBA from Indian School of Business and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communications from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad.
Bharath is an avid reader with a special interest in books on history, philosophy and business.
Vice President – Human Resources Globally
Vijay is Vice President for Human Resources Globally. He has 24 years’ experience in industries, spanning various sectors – IT, Manufacturing, Energy and KPO. In various capacities he has been instrumental in designing global processes and aligning HR programs with business strategy to drive business results. He has handled responsibilities for large & diverse work force, directing change management, restructuring businesses, assessing and top grading talent.
On a global platform Vijay has led teams into taking up innovative practices in the areas of talent acquisition, organizational development, Employee motivation, Business HR, compensation & benefits and bringing about cultural changes for medium to large sized organizations.
Vijay is an engineer and alumni of XLRI (Xavier Labour Relations Institute)
