One of the largest Internet service providers and a provider of smart home solutions, the client wanted to upgrade its Home Gateway Modem to ensure that its existing and future IoT devices are compatible with the modem. The client also wanted to leverage the advanced gateway modem to enhance and expand their current smart home offerings, as well as allow the company to get into the market for consumer-grade, self-installed smart home devices by introducing support and management services for such devices.
