eInfochips’ Aikri Ara240 AI accelerator module is based on NXP’s latest Ara240 discrete NPU. The module provides up to 40 eTOPs (Equivalent Trillions of Operations) compute power that is purpose-built for healthcare, industrial automation, robotics, automotive, and hi-tech deployments. The module is designed to pair with eInfochips i.MX 95 module to enable a solution capable of running local Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and multimodal Vision-Language Assistant (VLA) workloads at the edge without cloud dependency.
In addition to hardware, Ara software development kit (SDK) streamlines deployment of AI models onto Ara240 DNPUs and modules. It features an extensible compiler that supports diverse model architectures. The evaluation kit along with the SDK helps in parallel hardware software development and cut short development time.
