During test execution, a lot of time is spent switching between separate testing frameworks for web and mobile. As new mobile and web application versions are released in the market, some of the key challenges faced by the testing team are setting up automation support for these multiple app versions, achieving exhaustive test coverage and effective reporting.

To solve all of the above challenges, eInfochips has developed a Java based Unified test automation framework supporting End to End Test Workflows across Web App, Mobile App and API by switching driver between the Apps.

eInfochips team has recently implemented this framework for testing a biometric mobile application providing parallel execution for 8 versions of Android and iOS saving 65% testing efforts.
