Verification for Fly-by-Wire Avionics System

Executive Summary

The client is a tier-1 aerospace supplier based in the USA. The ARP4754 compliance verification for Primary Flight Control Computer (PFCC) required prior experience on flight control modules to simplify the system verification process. Also the complete testing and verification was to be achieved within 25 weeks with limited access time to the test bench.

Having worked on multiple actuation systems, eInfochips stepped in with a pool of 50+ ARP4754A trained engineers. This was a turnkey solution delivered from a hybrid onsiteoffshore engagement. The software and functional verification was delivered within the stipulated time frame, at a fraction of the planned expense.

Even with limited availabilty of the test rig for the offshore team, our team had to be surefooted in our verification approach. The client was able to deliver the PFCC solution ahead of the committed time frame to the end customer.
