The client is a top U.S. based manufacturer of commercial and residential air purifiers. They wanted to improve user experience (UX) by offering real-time air quality insights, personalized health recommendations, and remote device management through a mobile application (app). The goal was to create a simple, user-friendly, and visually appealing platform that enables users to monitor, control, and optimize their air purifier performance anytime, anywhere.

eInfochips carried out extensive user research, interviews, and persona mapping to pinpoint user needs and behaviors. Based on these findings, the design team built a smooth UI/UX flow, high-quality wireframes, and a responsive mobile interface. The app featured real-time air quality monitoring, air quality heat maps, forecast visualization, and interactive dashboards. Users could also control devices remotely, schedule operations, and get personalized alerts.
