Executive Summary
A US-based consumer health and wellness company wanted to develop mobile applications which would provide users with an easy-to-use interface for their upper-arm blood pressure monitoring device. The idea was to develop an interface which users could easily operate to connect devices in real-time for health data monitoring and lifestyle tracking while ensuring that all users regardless of age could navigate seamlessly. The development process required solutions for three main obstacles which involved creating simple health data navigation, building fast access to common functions, and following international standards for Android and iOS interfaces.
eInfochips delivered a complete UX solution that enhanced the personalization and improved accessibility for users. The new design provided an easier device setup process through automated graph-based insights, and it introduced a menu system which adjusted its layout based on user interactions. The solution achieved improved user interaction through multiple UX cycles, and it maintained a unified design structure across all platforms which enabled global deployment and established the product for high-end digital service delivery.
