Executive Summary

Our client is a US-based large electronics manufacturing services (EMS), an original design manufacturer (ODM) company. They have strong experience in designing audio video solutions with next-gen niche technologies for their end clients. They were working on next-generation video conferencing soundbar that can support multiple cameras, high-end audio-video, and face tracking capabilities. This was the first of its kind product for the client and they did not have experience in integrating face tracking algorithms that can track in real-time. They were looking for a technology partner who can help with platform selection, custom firmware, algorithm integration, prototype development, and testing.

eInfochips leveraging its strong experience on the latest embedded platforms helped with processor evaluation and proposed product architecture based on Qualcomm QCS605 platforms. eInfochips took complete ownership of hardware design, firmware development, and Android customization for algorithm integration.
