Equipment sales, distributions, repair, and retail store maintenance across the majority of the states in the US are the core focus areas of the client.
In order to do a proactive maintenance and to enhance the customer satisfaction, the client wanted to digitalize the manual process for equipment data collection and remotely monitor the health and location of the warehouse equipment.
