With a career spanning over two and a half decades, Murdoch Fitzgerald is a seasoned professional in the realms of sales, marketing, and leadership. He currently serves as the Vice President of Global Engineering and Design Services at Arrow Electronics, where his role is pivotal in steering the company’s engineering growth strategy and innovation.
Murdoch’s extensive tenure at Arrow Electronics includes roles such as Vice President Global Supplier Marketing and Vice President Sales and Engineering. His expertise encompasses supplier marketing, asset and inventory management, as well as product and pricing management.
Prior to Arrow, Murdoch held pivotal roles at Freescale Semiconductor, Octasic Semiconductor, and Future Electronics, significantly impacting corporate sales and business management.
Renowned for his inspirational leadership and innovative approach, Murdoch continues to play a crucial role in shaping the engineering landscape and demand creation growth strategy at Arrow Electronics. His commitment to excellence and growth is a hallmark of his professional journey.
Sumit Sethi
Chief Operations Officer
As the COO of eInfochips, Sumit accelerates eInfochips’ engineering and operational capabilities to deliver a world class customer experience. Sumit joined eInfochips 13 years ago and has deep operational insights into the eInfochips business. Sumit is always hands on, gets into details, and resolves issues by creating innovative solutions.
Prior to this role, Sumit was the CFO of the whole group. As the CFO, Sumit managed the financial planning, treasury, legal affairs, commercial operations, taxation, accounting, employee benefits, compliances and internal controls. Under his leadership, the finance team has expanded the functional horizons significantly. He has aligned all the commercial processes and reporting requirements with a clear goal of excellent business support.
Prior to joining eInfochips, Sumit has worked in the telecom and media sectors and was associated with Vodafone and Mudra.
Sumit holds Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Gujarat University and has studied CA with ICAI, India and CS with ICSI, India.

In his leisure time, Sumit loves to read and is a regular volleyball player.
Dharam Sheoran
Chief Customer Officer
As the Chief Customer Officer of eInfochips, Dharam leads the global sales function. Dharam is a technology & business executive with expertise in leading global businesses, building trusted relationships, and developing teams globally.
Prior to eInfochips, Dharam worked in leadership roles at Akkodis, Wipro, Honeywell, Tata Motors and L&T. He has handled diverse roles in technology & digital engineering services industry like Business Development, Solutioning, M&A Integrations, Large Deals, Partnerships and P&L Management. Dharam has worked across diverse cultures with professional assignments based in USA, Europe & APAC.
Dharam holds a MBA degree from IIT Bombay and has completed his Bachelor of Engineering from NIT Kurukshetra.

In his free time, Dharam loves running and playing/coaching with his sons on soccer.
Parag Mehta
Chief Sales & Business Development Officer
Parag has responsibility for sales, business development & strategic partnerships.
Parag brings 25+ years of global experience in Sales, Business development, Product marketing and management, global R&D roles as an entrepreneur and a professional, in engineering services, software and semiconductor companies.
Prior to joining eInfochips in 2013, Parag was at QLogic Corporation (acquired by Marvell Technology) for 10 years. Parag has been an entrepreneur and founder of multiple software and Fin-tech starts-ups.
Parag’s credentials include an Executive Management Program from Anderson School of Business, University of California, Los Angeles, a Masters in Computer Science from University of Louisiana, Lafayette (USA) and Bachelors in Computer Science from McNeese State University, Lake Charles (USA).
Trivia
Parag was on the executive council of India Electronics and Semiconductor Association (IESA) 2010-2012.

Parag is a regular golfer and loves to hike.
Gauravkumar Patel
Vice President and General Manager – Product Engineering Services (PES)
Gaurav is the Vice President and General Manager of the Product Engineering Services (PES) group at eInfochips. With over 20 years of experience in Product Engineering services, Gaurav is responsible for expanding the capabilities of eInfochips in the product development space, including services, solutions, IPs, and frameworks for device, digital, and quality engineering.
Prior to eInfochips, Gaurav worked at the Institute for Plasma research for over 12 years as a part of core R&D team and led the teams in many data acquisition and control system experiments. In his earlier stint at eInfochips, he worked on enabling multiple solutions on the Texas Instruments DaVinci processor and developed several Video IPs for the company.
Gaurav has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Sardar Patel University, V. V. Nagar, Gujarat.

Gaurav has published multiple research papers on data acquisition and control system on various journals like American Institute of Physics and IEEE
Mangesh Kulkarni
Vice President and General Manager – ASIC
Mangesh holds BE in Electronics and Telecommunication from College of Engineering, Pune; M. Tech. in Electronics Design and Technology from Indian Institute of Sciences, Bangalore; and Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Symbiosis International University.
Prior to joining eInfochips, Mangesh worked at Wipro Limited for 25 years and comes with an overall industry experience of 27 years in VLSI & HW design and developments. During the initial 14 years of his career span being responsible as a Technical Lead / Architect, he has worked on FPGA designs, ASIC Design and Verification, and HW systems designs activities. Since last 13 years, he has worked on large programs / ODC managements, VLSI practice operations, Delivery and P&L ownership.
Other Interest
His hobbies include cycling, playing badminton, re-learning physics and maths along with his daughters.
Bharath Aitha
Vice President – Marketing
As the Vice President of Marketing, Bharath heads the marketing organization at eInfochips. He is responsible for the product/practice marketing, corporate marketing and demand generation functions across eInfochips.
Bharath is a seasoned marketing professional with 17 years of experience in planning and executing go-to-market strategies on a global scale. Prior to joining eInfochips, Bharath was the director of marketing at Zenoti, a VC funded B2B SaaS start-up. At Zenoti, Bharath played a pivotal role in improving Zenoti’s online presence and increasing inbound lead funnel.
Bharath has an MBA from Indian School of Business and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communications from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad.
