However, the client faced several challenges impacting their business and customer satisfaction. They struggled with complex product setups through mobile apps and had issues delivering personalized experiences. Problems with over-the-air (OTA) updates affected performance, while an inefficient onboarding process created barriers for new customers. The client was also looking to develop a Flutter application for their AVRs (Audio video receivers) to improve app performance.
