The client is a leader in improving road safety through technology solutions, therefore improving operational efficiency for truck fleets. The challenge was to enable a common control room to monitor fleet health, driving patterns and emergency events for fleet operators.

The solution was to build a product to capture data from various onboard sensors on trucks and relay the content to the control room. It also involved a local display for safe driving and alerts. The system captures multiple events and correlates data from the CANBUS and OBDII interfaces to monitor driving patterns. It also has time-stamped video content from 8 channels for forensic analysis.
