The client, an American multinational corporation, is a manufacturer and distributor of audiovisual automation and integration equipments. The company designs equipments that are used to control technology in commercial audiovisual environments such as meeting spaces, conference rooms, classrooms, and auditoriums. The client wanted to design next-gen touchscreen with better features and enhanced product experience, compared to the current version. At the same time, it had to be compatible with the current generation’s accessories and apps. The existing pproduct had 32 different Stock Keeping Units (SKU) and they were facing difficulty in managing all these variants.

eInfochips designed a custom hardware based on Qualcomm Snapdragon 624 processor and developed a firmware to support 32 different SKUs with the same version of firmware image.
