With the Increased need for intelligent IP camera, eInfochips wanted to do a production ready reference design of a “Smart IP Camera with onboard Video Analytics” which can be readily deployed by OEM/ODM

By understanding surveillance market trends, our product engineering design team took up the challenge of a production ready reference design called “IP NetCam”. The reference design has Megapixel Camera/Sensor CMOS/CCD Interface, advanced video encoding (H.264, MPEG4), Wireless connectivity, PoE (Power over Ethernet), simultaneous encoding and analytics upto D1 resolution, and on-board storage. IP NetCam captures video, processes video through ObjectVideo® OnBoard™ analytics and compressing it before transmitting over IP network for remote viewing.
