The client is a Fortune 25 retail giant based out of the USA. eInfochips got engaged with the client for a full stack development related to the handheld scanner used in 2500 stores. Initially, the client was incurring huge infrastructure costs due to a third party barcode scanner and solution for inventory and online order management. eInfochips developed an in-house handheld scanner along with software modules and applications for a computer-assisted ordering of the store associates. eInfochips team also developed an order management application for customers to click and collect orders as per their convenience.

These software applications helped in inventory management of their retail stores and provided an efficient way for customers to pick and pay for orders at their desired stores, reducing operational costs for the client up to 60%.
