SPI 5 core is a customized bridge solution for Link Layer
and PHY Layer device based packet interface. SPI 5 core is
used for communication system applications based on point-to-point
protocol.
The SPI5 PHY Interface core interfaces physical Link layer
and SPI5 Link layer. Data transfer frequency on SPI5 PHY Interface
is 622Mhz. The SPI5 interface core transfers sixteen bits
per clock cycle with in-band addressing and out band control
signals.
