Industrial Monitoring (M2M) Gateway System

Industrial Monitoring (M2M) is web based monitoring system which supports multiple networks such as EtherCAT, ModBUS TCP, and ModBUS RTU. Industrial Monitoring (M2M) system performs real time monitoring on M2M network with PC based Monitoring GUI and Mobile based application and sends alert alarm SMS to pre defined authorities. The centralized server keeps track of processed data from the all the three networks and achieves Web based Monitoring and control, Data Analysis and Information Extraction, Reports and Graphs and e-mail Notifications.

PC based Configuration and Monitoring

PC based configuration tool configures initial setup and threshold parameters of the networks which are monitored by the system. The monitoring tool continuously monitors the updated process-data for the networks and this process-data is sent over the centralized server for online monitoring and data-logging purpose. This process data is also updated on the monitoring GUI sitting on the Mobile application connected over the GPRS.
