Job Description: Technical responsibilities:
  • experience in Verification of SoC/ASIC.
  • Should have done architecture of at least 2 VEs of different domains, Development of Verification IP is plus.
  • Fluent in System Verilog/e and OVM/VMM/eRM.
  • Ensure quality adherence during all stages of the project life cycle. Also carry out a thorough analysis of existing processes and recommend and implement new processes.
Managerial responsibilities:
  • Manage the engineering teams in completing projects within time and budget parameters to meet contract requirements.
  • Effectively manage sub-contracted projects and issues.
  • Define project specifics, deliverables, estimate scope, duration, and the required effort of proposed work.
  • Assure compatibility of resources, tools, platform; work with customers through acceptance of deliverables.
  • Work with Business Development and Technical Pre-Sales Teams on architecture, project feasibility, cost, schedule, deliverables and requirements for Statement of Work and Proposal.
  • Conduct technical presentations to customers. Effectively manage team members through coaching and mentoring.
  • Provide technical direction to team members on project issues, and provide guidance and career planning of team members.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.Build relationship with customers to further enhance the business potential.
  • Engineering management skills demonstrated through successfully planning and managing multiple engineering projects and directing the design and troubleshooting of complex software or hardware.
  • Experience with Semiconductor service company and PMP certification will be additional advantage.
Qualification: Candidate should be BE/BS/BTech(EC,EE) and/or ME/MS/Mtech
Preferred Skills:
  • Working experience on Networking protocols (OTN,SONET,SDH, ITU standards,Ethernet), Bus protocols(PCI-E,AHB,OCP), Wireless
  • protocol(WLAN,Bluetooth,WiMax,GPS..etc) and processor based architectures.
Precast & Truss design engineers
Provides project specific design, review of project plans, performs structural analysis, preparation of calculations and/or submittal drawings....

Software Engineer - Microsoft Technology
Working knowledge of C, C++ on Windows platform, C#, WCF, multithreading, networking, OOPs, design pattern & architecture skills

Senior Software Tester
3-5 years of experience in Test Planning, test case writing, execution

Business Strategist
The Business Strategist must be able to interface effectively and establish quick confidence with engineering, sales, customers, and partners.

DSP
Good understanding of TI's Davinci architecture

Verification Engineer
SystemVerilog is a must

Software Engineer - Enterprise Web Application Development (Server Side)
3-4 years of experience in developing Java/J2EE Applications.

DQE
DQE shall assist Engineering with quality methods and techniques

Verification Manager
