Job Description:
The candidate must possess strong people management, organizational
and technical skills; balanced with a strong understanding of business
and financial aspects
Responsibilities include:
- People management, project management and deliveries and client
relations
- Must be able to take P & L responsibility of the Division.
- Understand resource requirements for the projects based on
scope and assist the coaches in identifying and planning for those
resources.
- Must be able to lead from the front on the following:
o For setting & managing customer expectations in conference
calls and customer visits
o Supervising projects and ensuring that delivery happens
o Hands on troubleshooting on selected technical areas
o Keen eye on recruiting raw talent with right attitude
- Assist in technology tool evaluation and selection
- Must be a team player at the executive layer and should be
able to integrate well on HR, Admin, Engineering, Marketing &
Sales teams at other locations.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Should have managed a team of at least 50 people
- Minimum 10 years strong technology implementation with at least
3 years in multiple full project lifecycle implementations
- Demonstrated leadership, people management skills and a passion
to develop people. Ability to groom fresh engineers and plan internal
projects.
- Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Problem solving and conflict resolution.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in the global market with excellent
exposure to client interfacing in a global arena.
- Experience in handling offshore project deliveries
- BE/BS preferably with a management qualification at the Post
Graduation level
