Train-the-Trainer Program - A Unique Faculty Education Initiative

Today, successful organizations and managers realize that talented people are the key asset in maintaining competitive advantages.

To create a pool of talented employees we need to create a pool of talented technology students. Thus, it is imperative to have a uniform fundamental engineering education system and it is crucial for teachers today to develop their skills in a manner that enables them to have an effective exchange of ideas and viewpoints with the professionals of tomorrow.

eInfochips has taken an initiative, Train-the-Trainer Program, in this direction. The primary aim of this program is to confer the teachers with up-to-date and practical knowledge of the IT industry, and thus help the students to start their career in the best possible way.

The training program mainly focuses on imparting knowledge, industry awareness, and instructional skills - in the areas of Electronics, Computers, Communication, Programming techniques and Operating Systems. It also provides additional booster to the trainers in terms of confidence and skill sets, needed to teach new technologies. The long term benefit of the program will be a better uniform education system.

eInfochips collaborates with the Academic Institutes for hosting the program at their premises. So far, we have completed 2 such programs in the year 2007 and 2008 and have the privilege of training more than 80 teachers across 23 colleges.
