Mr.Pratul Shroff

Mr. Pratul Shroff brings his formidable definition, vision and architecture skills to each project. He holds a BS in Electronics Engineering from BITS - 1976, and an MS in Computer Engineering from Cornell - 1977. He has worked for 9 years at Intel and Daisy Systems. At Intel, he was one of the designers of the 80186 chip, fountainhead of the PC era. Spotting the synergy between Indian engineering talent and the requirements of the US market, he founded eInfochips in 1994 with just one engineer, working from his home. Today, eInfochips with multiple Offshore Development Centers at India offers solutions and services to global clients.

Mr.Mihir Joshi

Mr.Mihir Joshi has been associated with GVFL – Gujarat Venture Finance Limited since last nine years. He has been involved in all the stages of Venture Capital lifecycle including Fund raising, investing, divesting and distributing profits to the investors. He has significant exposure in various sectors and has been involved in more than 500 proposals, starting from deal sourcing, due diligence, valuation, deal structuring and closure. As a part of the Top Management Team in GVFL, he has advised the Senior Management of various Investee companies on their Business models, Growth strategies, Pricing, customer segmentation, Organizational design, Technology and IPO. He holds a degree from the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India and an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has undergone Venture Capital Training in Hongkong.

Mr.Jayesh Shah

Mr. Jayesh Shah is a Wholetime Director with designation of Director and Chief Financial Officer of Arvind Mills Ltd.The total revenue generated by Arvind Mills for the year 2008 till date is Rs. 20 Billion. He is a Commerce Graduate and Chartered Accountant and has been with the company for more than 22 years. He has a distinguished academic career and extensive administrative, financial, regulatory, managerial expertise and also holds directorships in various companies.

Mrs. Manjula Shroff

Mrs. Manjula Pooja Shroff is a social entrepreneur and founder of the Delhi Public School (Ahmedabad), Prerna, Visamo Kids, and The Calorx School. She holds a post-graduate degree in Political Science from Utkal University and is a Graduate of Management Education Programme from IIM, Ahmedabad. Besides being known as a visionary and an educationist in Gujarat, Mrs. Shroff also successfully runs a business of hospitality & corporate services – Calorx India Ltd., New Delhi. She’s a recipient of several awards including the prestigious Secular India Award from the President of India, Shri Shankar Dayal Sharma, and the Woman of the Year award by the American Bibliography Society, North Carolina.
