eInfochips has over the decade grown from a two person design house to a 700+ strong team of engineering professionals with a singular vision of "Being an innovative IT company that transforms society by creating leaders of tomorrow and by generating & distributing wealth."

Today, more than a decade later, eInfochips provides solutions and services to global customers and employs over 700 people.

Apart from the Ahmedabad, India and the Sunnyvale, CA USA headquarters, the company has seven design centers, two in Pune, four in Ahmedabad, India and most recently in Bangalore. The company has sales offices located in Bangalore, Boston, Chicago and Austin and Japan.

The company has strong alliances with leading technology companies like Texas Instruments, ObjectVideo, Cadence, Synopsys, ARM & Xilinx; and is an active contributor in various interest groups like PCI Express, PCI-SIG OCI-IP etc.

Key corporate milestones at eInfochips:

  • February, 2008: Texas Instruments awards eInfochips for being one of the five 3rd parties that provided outstanding support on DaVinci
  • December, 2007: eInfochips breaks into NASSCOM's 100 IT Innovators - 2007 list
  • June, 2007: Bangalore Design Center set up
  • April, 2007: IPNetCam Smart Surveillance Camera design; first reference design based on TI DaVinci processor launched
  • February, 2007: 4th Design Center in Ahmedabad Established
  • September, 2006: eInfochips set up a Japan Subsidiary- eInfochips KK.
  • April, 2006: 2nd design center at Pune set up
  • October, 2005: Partners with PolyVision to Design Innovative Visual Communication Tool
  • February, 2005: eInfochips wins CII Award for "Emerging ICT Enterprise of Gujarat"
  • December, 2004: Tensilica partners with eInfochips to setup Software Development Center in India
  • December 2004: Selected to operate QLogic(TM) Design Center
  • August, 2004: First Design Center at Pune, hire over 50 engineers
  • June, 2004: eInfochips' CEO receives AMA Outstanding IT Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2004
